Terms and Conditions


  1. Exhibitors are requested to follow | Share | Invite friends from their individual social media accounts to the Sunday Soul Sante event page and share screenshots of the same via mail.
  2. Please note that in the event of any cancellation from our end, your participation will automatically be moved to the next Sante. There are no refunds as a policy and the Organisers are not liable to process any refunds for any bookings made by the exhibitors. In case of a cancellation being made by the exhibitor less than 10 days before the event, there will also not be any carryovers of the amount paid by the exhibitor.
  3. The organizers shall place and allot the stalls to the exhibitor at a place it deems fit. The event layout is subject to change without any prior notice and the organizer shall not be held responsible for any damages claimed whatsoever. Requests for location from the exhibitor will be taken into account where possible but cannot be guaranteed. Exhibitors displays must stay within the allocated floor space at all times.
  4. The exhibitors are expected to come in and set up the stall before 9:00am on the day of the exhibition and if any exhibitor reports late, the organizer at its discretion may give such exhibitor’s booking to another or cancel the same, and the decision of the organizer in this regard shall be final.
  5. All exhibitors who bring their vehicles are expected to move their vehicles to the allotted parking space by 9:00am.
  6. All exhibitor staff should wear the identification badges at all times which will be issued by the organiser.
  7. In order to create and maintain a safe environment at all times, all exhibitors and their agents must abide by reasonable instructions from the organisers at the venue.
  8. The exhibitor exhibits entirely at its own risk, and the organizers accept liability, whether in contract or tort (negligence included) to the exhibitor arising out of or in connection with the exhibition or the acts or omissions of the organizers or its officers, servants, subcontractors, agents or visitors in relation thereto. In particular (but without limitation), the organizers do not accept responsibility for the performance by any exhibition contractor in carrying out their obligations to the exhibitor or any other act or omission of any such contractor, whether or not the contractor has been appointed as the exclusive provider of any class of goods or services to the exhibition. The liability of the organizers, whether in contract or in tort (including negligence) and any liability the organizers may have for the acts of commissions of its officers and servants in relation to such contractual obligations, arising out of or in connection with the performance of its contractual obligations hereunder shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the exhibitor to the organizers. The organizers shall in no event be liable for any consequential loss of profit.
  9. The exhibitors shall hold harmless or indemnify the organisers from and against all actions, proceedings, losses, claims, demands and liabilities (including costs on an indemnity basis) suffered or incurred by the organisers arising out of or in connection with any act or omission of the exhibitor or its officers, servants, contractors, agents or visitors.
  10. If the event is abandoned, cancelled or suspended in whole or in part by reason of warfare, fire, national emergency, labour dispute, strike, lock-out, civil disturbance, inevitable accident, non-availability of the venue, rain, natural calamities or any other cause not within the control of the organisers, the organisers shall be under no obligation to refund the amount paid for booking the stall to the organisers. The organisers shall be under no liability to the exhibitor in respect of any actions, claims, losses (including consequential losses), costs or expenses whatsoever which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by the exhibitor, as a result of the happening of such an event.
  11. This contract shall be governed by the Laws of India and the courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
  12. Any exhibitor staff arriving after 10:00am will be charged the entry fee.
  13. Organisers will not be responsible for any loss of exhibitor’s goods.
  14. Exhibitors will not be allowed to drive their vehicles onto the exhibition area.
  15. Loading and unloading will be done at the designated points.
  16. The organiser is not entitled to pay any taxes that have to be borne by the exhibitor.
